Out put is show MHWIPhone4.0.2, MHW and MHWIPhone, but I want show only
MHWIPhone4.0.2.
This database table get value to select.(Can not see image please copy link)

This table1 column id connect to table2 column id_faq_key and
id_faq_entries connect to table3 column id
How to group key value this border red and show key value MHWIPhone4.0.2
and other key?
